What kind of church is Victory Baptist? What do we believe?
- VBC is an independent Baptist church- we govern our own affairs. Tithes and offerings received stay in our local church for the sake of spreading the Gospel and teaching the Word of God in the Macomb area.
- We believe that the King James Bible is the infallible, inspired Word of God for the English-speaking people of the world; hence, we exclusively use the KJB in all of our classes, services, and activities.
- Our church services are not contemporary; we don't believe the Lord Jesus Christ is pleased with modern services where rock music is played and smoke effects fog the sanctuary. We believe that the Word of God should be exalted in our services each and every week.
- VBC welcomes everyone to our services; we have no dress code for those who wish to attend.
- The main purpose of Victory Baptist Church is to reach people with the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We believe in personal soul-winning and have times each week when we go out into the community to warn people of God's judgement on sin.
